Exogenesis Agent

— still being written.

The Exogenesis Agent is an automated pre-execution intent interrogation tool. Before a coding agent writes any code, the Exogenesis Agent will:

  1. Interrogate intent

Surface unstated assumptions, missing constraints, and ambiguous scope before execution begins.

  2. Generate intent artifacts

Produce structured documents declaring scope, boundaries, contracts, and non-goals automatically from natural-language requests.

  3. Gate execution

Serve as a checkpoint between the developer's request and the coding agent's output, ensuring alignment before a single line is written.

The goal is not to replace the coding agent but to make its input explicit. The agent operates upstream — it reasons about what should happen so the coding agent doesn't have to guess.
